Entomosporium Leaf Spot

Entomosporium Leaf Spot (Entomosporium spp) - Affecting mostly hawthorn and red-tipped photinias, this fungus is notorious for causing widespread damage to ornamental members of the Rosaceae family. The disease is most damaging following periods of frequent rainfall in the spring and warmer temperatures in the fall. The most common symptoms are tiny, circular red spots that appear on the leaves.
